1. Who This Policy Applies To

If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 21, we will delete it and close the associated account. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Account information is kept while your account is active. Order, tax, and financial records are kept for as long as required by law and for our legitimate business needs. Age-certification and consent records are kept for the life of the account and for a reasonable period afterward so that we can demonstrate compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Site (for example, to keep you signed in and secure your session) and, where used, to measure traffic and performance.
